Our mission is to provide a safe and fun learning environment that will instill, in our sailors, a lifelong love for the sport of sailing.

Ultimately we will promote regional, national, international amateur sailing, maritime education and competition. We endorse an interest in sailing education and maritime arts and science.

Goals:

  • Respect of the sport and of others in the sport

  • Self-confidence and personal development
  • Teamwork on and off the water
  • Healthy competition, even at the highest level

Those participants dedicated to the program will have experiences that will benefit them for a lifetime. All ABYC coaches will share their knowledge and experience through a structured curriculum. The goal of our Spring Sailing Program is to keep your sailor(s) progressing during the busy school year. We will be offering morning classes for our beginning sailors as well as afternoon sessions for our experienced racers. The purpose of our morning classes is to build on the skills your sailor learned over the summer while preparing them for the afternoon class. Our afternoon classes will be focusing on improvement and competition.

Morning Classes 9AM - 12PM

Afternoon Classes 1PM - 4PM

Note- It is a pre-requisite to have at least one summer of sailing experience to enroll in our afternoon class. We utilize our Spring Sailing Program to further advance your sailor's skills developed from our Summer Program.
